analogue vs digital > STUDER A80 & A800 A800: This 24 track 2 inch tape recorder is still standard in analogue recording. Our machine once was used by ABBA's Polar Studio and later in the Atlantic Studio in Los Angeles. Specialist Tom Herzer fully serviced and recapped this 380 kg monster, before it entered our studio.
